Industry Updates and Meeting Minutes

TAG is comprised of approximately 20 onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) industry stakeholders including licensed OWTS installers, licensed OWTS cleaners (pumpers), professional OWTS design engineers, OWTS component manufacturers, OWTS component distributors, home inspectors, and OWTS regulators. The TAG’s purpose statement is: “The TAG Members believe that our efforts shall be focused to achieve the following:

• Allow for good communication between industry and Public Health.
• Encourage healthy feedback on customer service, policies, and regulations.
• Work together to improve El Paso County’s OWTS Program using current science and technology.
• Provide education and training at all levels, including regulators, system designers, installers, related OWTS industry, homebuilders, and homeowners.
